SINGLE DESIGN - Commercial License for use up to 500 sales

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

This listing allows you to purchase rights to sell PHYSICAL items you make with ONE of our digital designs.
You MUST purchase ONE license for EACH design you intend to use to make items and sell.



TERMS OF USE:
By Purchasing this License, you may use one BW Blanks design for small COMMERCIAL USE (not more than 500 uses) to create a PHYSICAL end product for sale (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, cards, pillow, bags, phone case, planner, invitation, etc.)

If you exhaust 500 sales, you may come back and re-purchase this license for additional future sales.



RESTRICTIONS
- You may NOT share, copy, gift or modify our designs.
Each person using these images must have their own receipt of purchase for use.
- You may NOT make images of BW Blanks available for digital download, resell or redistribute them AS IS or MODIFIED, in digital form.
- You may NOT use designs in part or in whole to create any new digital design to sell.
*Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE may you ever sell any BW Blanks design in DIGITAL FORMAT even if you purchase a commercial license.
- You may NOT upload files to sell on any Print on Demand or Drop Shipping sites, including but not limited to Printful, Zazzle, Redbubble, Teespring, Spreadshirt, Spoonflower or Amazon Merch. No 3rd party printing is allowed.
- You may NOT sell physical Transfers of any kind (Sublimation, DTF, etc) with our designs with this license- if interested in doing so, please purchase a Printed Transfer License here:

After purchase of any license, please email the following information to buckwoodsdesignco@gmail.com

1. Business Name & Owner Name

2. Business Address or Address of where you will be selling your items

3. Items you intend to make with our designs

4. Website, retail location or platform you intend to sell your items on 


RECEIPT OF LICENSE:
No physical receipt will be given. Please retain your order number & receipt for proof of purchase.



REFUND POLICY:
NO Refunds will be allowed
